Where is Lake Side Residence?+
In Ohrid, in the north-west part of town by the main road to Struga. The lake shore is about 6 minutes and the old town about 7. The Location page has a map with every distance.
What size are the apartments?+
There are 115 apartments from about 36 to 87 m², with one or two bedrooms. Ground-floor apartments have private gardens.
Can I buy if I live abroad?+
Yes. Citizens of North Macedonia, the EU and OECD countries buy on the same terms as local buyers, and the contract can be signed through a notarised power of attorney.
Can I see an apartment without travelling to Ohrid?+
